I’m usually an online purchaser but for my first home, I wanted to visit a store and actually see what I was buying in terms of colours and texture. We met Aaron today and he was patient, friendly and explained the care package to us too which we decided to take. He assisted in finding my chosen colour and was very thorough. I’m really pleased I visited this store and met Aaron, and can only recommend the Peterborough branch for everybody else. I’m pleased I didn’t just purchase online as I’m now excited for the bed I’ve seen that I’m awaiting to be delivered! Thanks Aaron, great customer service!! :)

We visited a few furniture stores and was pleased with the service we received from Matt Spencer. He was very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in showing us various sofas at varying price ranges. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time to look around and try things out. It was his knowledge of the materials that clinched it for us. He knew what he was talking about. Very happy!

The sales rep that we spoke to was Stephen Allgar, he was very knowledgeable in telling us about this sofa we looked at. He was very polite, friendly and good sense of humour. Can't praise him enough.

After waiting for about 15 minutes and asking two assistants for some help while they wandered around aimlessly looking at their iPads, we were eventually served by a very pleasant manager. It's a shame they don't advertise the £60 delivery charge next to the sale prices. We only needed 2 dining chairs!

Me and my wife bought our dream bed from here. Would like to give a shout out to Stephen for having the patience with us testing the different mattresses and his guidance on what would be best for us - also give credit to Aaron too for his help. Staff were friendly and not pushy at all. Would recommend!
